Fitness Tech
The equipment that actually gets used
120 speeds, 9 built-in programs and two resistance bands. Ten minutes beside the sofa — no changing, no commute, no setup.
Why home equipment gathers dust
“The bike became a clothes rack.”
Most home fitness gear fails on friction, not intent. It's big, it needs setting up, and using it means changing first. This one asks for socks and ten minutes. It lives beside the sofa, slides under it afterwards, and that's exactly why it stays in the routine.
What makes it different

Nine programs, zero guesswork
Built-in routines P1 to P9 run structured sessions from gentle to demanding, so you step on and follow along instead of inventing a workout.

Dialled in to the level
120 speed settings with five quick presets at 30, 50, 70, 90 and 120. Find the one that suits you and return to it with one press.

Upper body too
Two resistance bands clip to the base, so rows, presses and curls happen while you're standing on the plate — not a separate session.

Good to know
Is it loud enough to annoy neighbours?▾
At lower speeds it's a low hum. Rubber feet and a textured deck keep it planted; most people run it on a mat, which damps it further.
How long does shipping take?▾
Free worldwide shipping, typically delivered within 1–2 weeks depending on your location.
Do I need to be fit to use it?▾
No. Start at a low preset holding a chair for balance. The lower programs are gentle enough for daily use; the higher ones are there when you want them.
