By using innova.gift you agree to these terms. They're meant to be fair to both sides. The plain-English version of each section is below the legal version.
1. Who we are
innova.gift is operated from Santiago, Chile. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operating entity behind innova.gift. References to "you" refer to anyone using the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you're younger, please order with a parent or guardian.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices and product descriptions are kept up to date but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you with the correct price and let you confirm or cancel before charging. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
All prices are shown in your local currency. Final charge is in the currency displayed at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or local methods. Your card or account is charged immediately. We do not store payment card numbers.
5. Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are exactly that — estimates. Carriers, weather, and customs occasionally cause delays beyond our control. See our Shipping page for details. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the address you provided.
6. Returns & refunds
See our Returns & refunds page for the full policy. Nothing in these terms removes the consumer protection rights you have under your local laws (including in Chile, the EU, the UK, and the US).
7. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual property
All content on innova.gift — text, images, logo, layout, code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may share product pages on social media but may not copy or republish our content without permission.
9. User-generated content
When you submit a review, comment, or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our site and marketing materials. You retain ownership. We may remove content that's offensive, fraudulent, or off-topic.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, missing a birthday because of a shipping delay. We do everything we can to deliver on time, but the universe sometimes disagrees.
11. Disputes
We try to resolve issues directly. If we can't, disputes are governed by the laws of Chile and resolved in the courts of Santiago — unless your local consumer protection law requires otherwise (in which case it does, and we honor it).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the change. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
