We deliver to over 200 countries. Our fulfillment partners operate from warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Thailand, and Indonesia — your order ships from the warehouse closest to you whenever stock allows.

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. We dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD.
Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — typically $5–$12 USD. Express shipping (DHL) is available on all orders for an additional fee depending on destination.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No invoice in the box, no third-party stickers, nothing identifying us as a dropshipper. The package looks and feels like a gift, ready to hand over.
Customs & duties
Most orders clear customs without additional charges. In a few countries, the carrier may collect import duties on delivery — these are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us.
Delays beyond our control
Carrier strikes, customs holds, weather, and peak seasons (Black Friday, December) can add 3–7 days. We'll keep you informed if anything looks unusual on your order.
Gifts to a different address
You can ship directly to the recipient — just enter their address as shipping. We never include prices, invoices, or your name unless you tell us to.
