Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

Anywhere with a postal address. We have fulfillment partners in the United States, Europe, and Asia so most orders ship from the closest warehouse. We currently deliver to over 200 countries.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 5–10 business days for the United States and Europe, 8–15 days for Latin America, Asia, and Oceania. Express delivery via DHL is available at checkout for faster timelines (5–8 days globally) for an additional fee.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders over $80 USD. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Do you ship in branded packaging?

No. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no invoice in the box — designed to go straight to the recipient as a gift.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Gifting

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We never include prices, invoices, or your name unless you tell us to.

Can I include a personal note?

Yes. There's a "Gift message" field at checkout. We print it on a small card and include it in the box.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards from $20 to $300 USD, delivered by email on a date you choose. Perfect when you're not sure what they'd love.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Local methods like Mercado Pago and Flow are available in select countries.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in your local currency automatically based on your location. You can change currency from the menu at any time. Final charge is in the currency shown at checkout.

Are taxes and duties included?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. International duties (if any) are typically billed by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility — but in most countries our packages clear without duties.

Returns & problems

What's your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, defective, or never shows up, we'll fix it — replacement, gift card for the full amount, or refund. If you simply changed your mind, we issue a gift card for the full purchase value within 30 days. Full details on our Returns page.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement for 25+ days, we automatically send a replacement plus a gift card for the inconvenience. You don't need to chase us.

The recipient didn't like the gift. What now?

Send us their email — we'll issue them a gift card for the full amount so they can pick something they'll actually love. No need to ship anything back.

Account & privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout works fine. An account just makes reordering and tracking faster.

How is my data protected?

We never sell your data. Payments are processed by Shopify (PCI-compliant) and PayPal — we never store card numbers. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
