Track your order
Every order ships with a tracking link, sent to the email you used at checkout.
Three ways to track
1. From your email
Search your inbox for "Your innova.gift order has shipped" — that email contains a direct tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
2. From your account
If you have an account with us, sign in and open Order history. Each order shows its current status and tracking number.
3. By order number
If you ordered as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email — it lets you view tracking without an account.
Tracking shows nothing yet?
Carriers usually update within 24–48 hours of shipment. If after 3 business days the link still says "Label created" with no movement, email us with your order number — we'll chase the carrier directly.
Tracking has been silent for a while?
If your tracking shows no progress for 25+ days, our system automatically flags it and we ship a replacement plus a gift card for the inconvenience. You don't need to chase us — but if you'd like to nudge things sooner, write to us.
Receiving the package
Most carriers attempt delivery up to three times. If you'll be away, schedule a redelivery or pickup directly through the carrier's tracking page — that's usually faster than going through us.
